The University of Chicago Launches Its Health Economics Initiative
The University of Chicago announced a new initiative at The Becker Friedman Institute. “The Program on Foundational Research in Health Care Markets will develop and support faculty researchers advancing fundamental economic research on health and the healthcare sector.” Tomas Philipson will oversee the program as director, in collaboration with Casey Mulligan and David Meltzer.
