The Charles Koch Foundation Gives Support for Indiana University’s New Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitive Enterprise

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University recently announced the launch of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitive Enterprise with a $5.9 million gift from the Charles Koch Foundation. The Institute is housed in the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Kelley School of Business, home of the number one ranked entrepreneurship program in the country.

The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitive Enterprise is an academically focused initiative that will study and explore the role of entrepreneurship as a catalyst for economic development, creation of employment opportunities, and community and societal advancement. It will also help enhance the Johnson Center’s research and teaching mission. The Charles Koch Foundation’s gift will provide support for the new Institute’s faculty and program staff, student and faculty research, and graduate student fellowships.
